Mike/Ken, the pregain volume pot(pull bright) on my Nashville 400 has gone, I urgently need replacment but Peavey Uk tell me they cannot supply it and is now obselete, is this in fact true, and do you have any idea where I can get one urgently?.If this is true does that mean that Nasville 400's are now obselete? Thanks Malcolm |

part # 71190414 is the 10K linear pot with switch. It is replaced with a 50K pot with switch. I do not have the part number in my notes. I just order some for my stock. |

We no longer have the "pull" bright pots. However, it can be replaced with a 71190415 pot at a cost of $9.12 from the factory. Call toll free at 1-877-732-8391, ext.1386 to order. |

Thanks for your reply Mike. I normally use the pull bright with the Telecaster ,what difference would it make to it using the replacement pot you mention? What about the50k (with switch)pot Ken suggested? Thanks Malcolm |

The difference of the original 10K pot and a 50K pot would be the taper of the pot, meaning the it could produce the same amount of signal, but you the pointer on the knob would be at a different position, that's all. |

Mike thank you for the info, I have spoken to Ken and ordered a 50k pot, as I take it Peavey don't supply this item, although I think they should maybe rethink this as there are a lot of 400 users out there who use the pull bright when doubling on six string and would not be too happy to loose this facility when having to replace the pot.Regards Malcolm |
