I had several versions performed on PSG by various artists including Bobby's. Several years ago "Scotty" told me he had sat down with Bobby Garrett and tabbed a non pedal version, but over the years he and Michael could not find it in his archives.
Most of my old trivia was destroyed by Hurricane Ike, so I am having to start from scratch in tracking down some of the older tunes, especially this one which was my all time favorite by Bobby.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

I don't have it but I can do it
MP3 and Tab.
After reading your post I worked out
an arrangement on six string C6th with
E on the top.

Rose City Chimes is also a great favourite
of mine. I have Buddy Emmons version along
with 3 or 4 different performances of Bobby
Garrett.

Bill, there is a mixup somewhere here. I did get with Bobby Garrett and we diagrammed out Rose City Chimes but is was for the pedal steel. Bobby used both necks to play the tune but later worked it out where he could play it on one neck. It is true that I can't find my master copy I wrote. Maybe someday I will find it.

I can see where you can play the chime part on a C6th lap tuning tuning but the chimes will be an octave lower that where it should be. I seen Larry Sasser play the chime part on the C6th neck on the Ralph Emery Nashville Now TV show back in in 1986. It sounded great to me... Scotty

Many thanks Roy, I will be in touch with you after the Christmas Holidays.
Scotty; I know you are right about your version. About that same time someone else tried to show me how to play it and you said you were going to show me some sort of a variation while we were at the Dallas show a few years ago. I looked over my shoulder and there was a "CONGA LINE" of players following us into a side room. So much for the lesson, ha. Hope to see you and your family in Dallas in March
