I will be guest hosting a radio program on the southwestern string band tradition up to the 1950s (emphasizing western swing) Saturday, Feb. 24, 3 - 5 p.m. PST, on KCSN, www.kcsn.org or 88.5 FM in the Los Angeles area. Music by Bob Wills, Bill Boyd, the Light Crust Doughboys, Milton Brown, W. Lee O'Daniel, The Miller Bros., and many more bands will be featured. I will be playing many rare 78s and LPs that have not been reissued. Please give it a listen.
