"Heartlands Hayride" LIVE radio and web simulcast Saturday 02-03-01 6pm EDT to 8pm EDT

No particular theme this week.
"Heartlands Hayride" is a locally (NJ near Princeton) produced LIVE 2 hour weekly show dedicated to entertainment with a "down home" flavour. The acts have been selected from auditioners from the surrounding New Jersey hills, and range from neophytes to relatively seasoned singers, story tellers, etc...

I am in the rotating pool of house band musicians for the show. We do have a few "band features," and I will be sharing the fills and solos behind many of the performers on Pedal Steel( ZumSteel U12)

Featured Steel Guitar instrumental this week will likely be whatever comes out of the trick bag- I gotta pick one...

Radio:
WDVR FM 89.7 or 91.9

Dave Dave Dave-----

a) I try to catch a few minutes here, a few minutes there--frankly what with net congestion problems and all (56K dial up) I'm not a big fan of webcasts--they don't quite live up to the otherwise exciting potential.....but....

b) regardless, I want to see what fellow steel players are doing. I wish more people would post their doings in this section. Whether for informational purposes, promotional purposes, or just plain bragging purposes, I want to see wazzup. And when it's a friend I want to know, all the more.
