Got this a few years ago with thougts of rebuilding, but parts are just too high for me. Anyway, a good woodworker could save this. The pics pretty well show the cracks. There are no big dents or gouges.
$40. + shipping.

(Boot not included)

Also, please see "Fender Roman Numeral Fretboards, etc" in "Wanted to Buy" section.
Thank You...John H.

Bob- I hope this is in correct section..

Are those cup holders to the left of the top pic? Just being funny. That is an interesting piece of wood though.

Astute observation there, Dave - yea, those Spam cans fit right in there. Smile
Seriously, though, would like to hear back from anyone - is this just firewood??

Give you $20 for it......I have a fireplace if it ends up being firewood. Looks like water damage with the splits in it.

It's not firewood yet! I'm sure I could make it into a real nice body, if patched and painted, but; then I wouldn't know what to do with it! Walnut was the best sounding Custom I ever owned and if someone wanted to change their Ash-Custom to a Walnut-Custom this would fill the bill! But then there would still be a body floating around with no hardware! I guess I'll pass, because; I have no work shop anyway!

Mr. Ben E. was to first to accept my original offer - I'll be in touch.

Thanks to Ron S. for his trade offer, but on that I'll pass. The proceeds will go to the Forum - thank you much, Bob.

Hey, Stu - good to hear from you. Things ok down here, hope all is fine with you...later...John H.

Geeze, ya snooze, ya loose. I have a friend with a T8 and the body is poorly painted red and trashed. This would have been perfect. I didn't see it in time. If for some reason all the other to buy fall through, I'll take it.

I have that same body. It was cut out and routed, but never completed. Have no idea whether it was done by Fender or someone else.
It is just the natural wood. No finish has been applied. Not even sure what wood it, but it's heavy.
