this Dynalap is the first real lap steel I have had, I am a pedal guy. But I am having fun with this little steel. I bought the Georgeboard C6 course and that makes it a lot easier to begin with. Very Happy

I was so excited about all the fun I was having with the lap, I forgot to say how good that Georgeboard C6 course is. It takes you from the very begining, tuning, scales ect., all the way to Steel Guitar Rag, the full song, in two DVD's.In a manner I can understand. I am very impressed. Hats off to ya, Mr George.

Delvin,

I've got a dynalap on order right now, a step up from my cruddy Artisan 6. I'm sure it will be a "shot in the arm" when I get it up and running.

Is that a red stain or is it a paint/lacquer finish on yours?

Mike, I used a water based wood dye and worked it to look aged. I think it is a mahogany color. They are real fun to play, and sound great, you in for some good times.
