You can use a hairdryer or drive down to Lowes and get some of their glue solvent.
My advise would be a hairdryer.....but maybe other people have a better solution.

Hi J. Dean,
If you have an alumimun neck, this is the way I do mine.
Carefully rub a good paint remover on it to soften it.
Leave it sit a couple of minutes, then with a single edge razor,
carefully scrape it off till it's all gone, and then rub it very
good with more remover on paper towel or soft cloth.
Finally rub it with Alcohol to remove any residue before
installing the new fretboard.
Make sure the new fretboard is aligned perfect when installing.
Hope that helps.

There is a product named "Goo Gone" that works very well. Should be available most anywhere. |

I use a car cleaner liquid wax. Takes the glue off and won't hurt anything if you spill a little on anything else of the guitar. |
