Can it play tic tac toe? I don't see anywhere that says it can play tic tac toe. What a bleak future we would live in where a computer can't play tic tac toe. My toaster oven can play tic tac toe. I like toast.

OS/2 was supposed to be the next step between DOS and Windows 95. It was a joint effort between Microsoft and IBM, but IBM wanted to do certain things and Microsoft did not and there was a parting of the ways and IBM put out the OS/2 Operating System and Microsoft Windows 3.0. OS/2 was really the better Operating System and the "new" IBM PS/2 PC's came with the OS/2 Operating System.

But, typical IBM and it's Corporate environment bumbled it and Microsoft with it's hype won out.
