A while ago I found a Nashville 1000 on consignment at a music store, fairly inexpensive, so I picked it up.
I'd only used it for low-volume practice and always found the EQ to be radically different than the other 1000 I own and gig with.
Last night I used it on a gig, and there's definitely something weird with it. It's muddy, and when I roll the lows back it just gets hollow, but still muddy. I had the treble and presence cranked higher then I had ever had it, but still no sparkle, and no satisfaction. There must be something amiss with it, but I know very little about electronics.
Any comments before I take it to the shop to awkwardly explain that I think there's some undefined thing wrong with it ? Thanks,
-John
