I picked up a very large, glossy mag in Borders yesterday, I think it's called "Acoustic Journal" or "Fretboard Journal"... very nice magazine, very thick. This month has a fantastic long interview with David Lindley by Ben Harper covering career, tunings, etc. with some great info on Dave's classic recordings and gear, and a whole bunch of gorgeous pictures of Harper's lap steel collection. Any lap player would get a real kick out of this one.

FJ has been a top notch periodical for quite a while now.
Always something cool to read about, kinda like a musical version of the Smithsonian mag.
