To display a link to a video file you must host the file with a file host, or web hosting service, either of which will provide public URLs to your files. Obtain a URL, or link to the hosted video and paste it into a forum Post or reply. Type a name or description for the video link, highlight the entire link with your mouse then click on the URL button. This will surroud the text with Url TAGS. Next, click your mouse inside the opening URL tag so that the cursor in between L and ], add an + sign, then paste your URL into it. Below is an example link.

Anybody who wants to see the video will have to click on the link.
Note, you cannot embed a video in our forum.
