I'm thinking of ditching my Holy Grail reverb in favor of a tube unit...always liked the tube sound better. I had a Premier about 40 years ago and if I think back through the fog of the sixties, I remember that it sounded great but was really sensitive to all the the stumbling around on stage. I stumble less now, (heck, I'm sitting while I play) and would like to get some input about which unit folks think is better- Peavey or Premier (or am I just a nostalgic geezer and should be standing pat with the Holy Grail)?
Thanks,
Pete Hunt

The Valverbs were great units, they're getting a little pricey these days. They are far superior to the old Premier units.
You should check out a T-Rex Roommate Reverb, by far my favorite outboard reverb.

If I remember correctly, Evemtide made a nice unit as well.
