Great Show NTSGA

The NTSGA really put on a great show. The steel players were all great, and the backup band was 2nd to none. Great job guys. I just joined your club 2 weeks ago, and I'm proud to be a part of a group of such great musicians. I'm sure I can learn a lot from ya'll (I'm from Texas) in the future.

The Nashville show was just great! Thanks to Mike Jone and his team. That's a lot of work but I so appreciated it. I will miss saying thanks to some but I'd like to highlight just a couple of people...

Mike Jones on his Emmons p/p was just excellent...Tommy Dodd was his regular 'high energy' self that energized the crowd with his terrific set on the most beautiful Zum...Laney Hicks was just wonderful and touched my heart with her gospel song to close her set...Laney's husband (is his name Roy or Rob Hicks???) Laughing

was just awesome as usual (but needs to learn how to play some fast licks) (HA)...the great Doug Jernigen was truly the example of being the ultimate player...and the band was soooo great!!

A special delight was visiting for a few minutes with my hero... Lloyd Green! Also met many of my long time friends and met several new friends. Good to have dinner with my old TX buds - Albert Talley and Mark Giles. Pat Coyne...thanks for letting me crash at your house! Looking forward to next one!!
