How do I get my mail back?

I posted that I had lost my yahoo email.
What I am asking is Does anyone know how to get it
back. I think it was lost on an upgrade. I do not
know if it was Microsoft upgrade Or Mc Afee or Yahoo.
When I try to login it says Invalid ID or Password.
I have tried all help including Yahoo, which is so
vague it is no help.

No. When I try to login in says Invalid ID or Password, but the ID is under message in pink.
I have been to the Change Password and to my
History which they say my birthday is not the one
I signed in with originally. I have written to Yahoo
They send me automated letters with FAQ's. I think
it is in a hidden folder blocked but I cannot find it.
