Bill Chavier (as most of you probably already know) provides just a great service. The tab he maintains... Wow, that must be a big job.

He sent me 4 tabs that I requested and he would not accept my offer of payment of any kind.

The tab is very nicely done. Those of us who don't know from tab really appreciate the lyrics at the bottom of the tab. I've mostly relied on my ear but I can read melody pretty well. As a sometime vocalist it is really great to have those lyrics it will allow me to figure out what the tab means. That will be a tremendous help when I obtain a PSG!

Thank you so very much, Bill!!

House received over 22 inchs of water from the storm surge. Not sure yet how much data can be retrieved.
Lost the printer and hard copies of over 60 years material that I have been digitizing for the past 12 years. My D8 Fender . bought new in 1953 and a six string Oahu built about 1934 which is my age [74] was still standing with only the legs being in the water that swept through the house which is 14 foot above sea level 1/4 mile from Galveston Bay. A treasured STANDEL amp was completely under water for short time that it took the surge to pass through. I have ghosted the hard drive so I lucked out. I have over 7600 requests entered and was overall over a thousand behind. Hundreds or maybe over a thousand LP's, 78's, etc. are probably history. EVERYTHING IS AT A STANDSTILL AT THIS POINT. House has been part of the family for almost 70 years. This was the first time to ever get a storm surge in the yard although Carla and Alicia got within a block. Life long friends lost entire homes within a mile from me. There is always a better tomorrow.

Good grief, Bill. That's horrible.
Your attitude seem to be holding up remarkably after such devastation.
My thoughts and prayers are certainly with you.

Thanks James. My son pulled in a RV Trailer from Phoenix and is riding shotgun on the house which we are slowly drying out. I am not sure if I will tear in down and haul in lots of dirt to raise it about 3 foot higher. My other two sons and daughter all live in the area and work at NASA/JSC. I am staying with them. Seabrook area is like a war zone.

Again I appreciate the offer, but I think we have everything we need. Seems to be a Propane supply shortage in area, but I should have a new electric drop later today to by pass the house.

My NON PEDAL TAB SITE WILL BE DOWN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

THERE WILL BE A BETTER TOMORROW
