Every year I play this song differently it seems.
I got the Classical Guitar music out and transcribed
to C6th 8 string with the F note on the bass.
High to Low: E--C--A--G--E--C--A--F.
It's and easy change if you normally tune that last
string G and it gives a beautiful Major 7th with
opportunities for some nice counterpoint.
Contact me for information on my Tablature
..several tunings.

Nice time of year for it, tomorrow being the first day of Fall 'n' all. Here's another take on the autumnal classic, from yours truly, jackass of many trades, particularly when it comes to baritone sax, ukulele, and lap steel:

Doug,
I love the Saxaphone.
It is one of my favourite instruments.
