I just got a used Korg D-1600 and am some what familiar with it. I am recording songs on BIAB rhythm tracks with the line out of my 112 and it sounds good so far.. Any user groups or old korg D series pros out there.

Thanks
Ken Metcalf

Hey Ken I've had one of these units for 5 yrs now. Recorded an entire cd of ten song and have no complaints. I went to a computer based recording method a few years ago and no longer use the D1600 and cant get anyone to buy it as you can now buy toy recorders for a song. However I still feel that these units turn out a very high quality of sound. Not to mention all the great FX. Last I recall there were a few good forums for this rig.
