Hi folks,
I need to recone a JBL K-130 8 Ohm speaker.
Since JBL don´t make the original kits anymore
does anybody have any experiences about the no-brand
recone kits they are seling for example on Ebay?
Thanks in advance for any info. _________________ http://www.myspace.com/heartwornfinland

Bari, Thanks for the tip!
I might try to contact the Speaker Doctors,
but still I think they don´t make the JBL brand kits
to K-130 anymore...
So if someone have any experience about the repro-kits,
any information would be just great!
Thanks again! _________________ http://www.myspace.com/heartwornfinland

I had a D-120 reconed by JBL service center in New Jersey. I was told that JBL used the E-120 recone kits for all JBL recones as the D kits were no longer available. Again, that is what I was told. Maybe other speaker services have the correct kits. They sure charged enough for the recone. |
