Although it's well over 200 years ago, if youtube had been available in the 1780s/90s I'm sure Rabbie Burns would have been very pleased with what he'd have heard had he clicked on THIS LINK.

It's just a girl's voice and a guitar.

Eva never got the recognition she deserved when she was alive. Thanks, Jim. This is another great example of Eva's versatility. Her voice sends the old proverbial shiver up my spine on slow numbers like this. The lack of an audience and her posthumous popularity now is all the sadder. I hope her family are the main benefactors of her belated success, but I doubt it.
