I have a song in my song files by the Burrito Brothers, and can't determine which album or where it came from.
I've looked all over Amazon and various Burrito websites.
The song comes from the Gib Gilbeau era. He may very well have penned it.
It's very Everly Brotherish, and is called (I think) "Isn't That Just Like Love".
I'm adding it to my group's repertoire, and was lookin' to give them a little more info and history on the song.
But I've hit a dead-end on this one.
Maybe some of you FBB affacianados can help me out here.
Oh, and BTW - it's a great tune. With Sneaky playing classic Sneaky pedal steel.
Thanks in advance, all.

Patrick, thank you.
I do have that album, and thought it was off "Hearts On The Line".
But without digging up the actual LP, I figured I would double check on Amazon.
Well catch this: On Amazon, the exact same picture of the now "new" four Burritos standing shoulder to shoulder (same album cover) but is titled "The Best of The Burritos". And track #3 is titled "If Something Should Come Between Us".
I went to "Hearts On The Line" on Wikipedia and there is the same album cover, only titled HOTL, and yes, track #3 is "Isn't That Just Like Love".
Faked-out here, fer shure. What's with this anyway? Isn't this some good forensic work, huh?
Anyway, if anyone would like a file of "Isn't That Just Like Love", let me know here, or by email. |

Glad ya got it Marty, and hoped you liked it, too.
