I'l be going to a highly anticipated Loretta Lynn concert Saturday evening. Anyone know who's playing steel behind her?

Charlie Archer's on steel for Loretta. A little history-before he played steel for Loretta, he was Conway Twitty's guitarist.

When my band opened for her, many, many years ago, John Hughey was playin'! What a great show!

Loretta did well. Her voice is stii there but she tires easily. Her daughters opened for her and She came on for an hour. About half way through they brought out a chair for her to sit on. No curtain calls or extra songs.

Loretta Lynn is one of living legends and I credit her with my love of down home country.
