I realize this is a longshot but....

I have a homemade tape made from an album (its skips at one point so know it was vinyl). It is unlabeled. The album is all instrumental and has some great steel playing on it for certain. However i have no idea who the group is let alone the steeler. I can only identify three songs on the album by name and this is the only clue I really have to go on.
I have googled these three songs along with "track listing" "song list" etc. and have come up with no matches. The songs are:
Bud's bounce
Last Date
Ghost Riders in the Sky.

This would be a well known group with a well known steeler from the 60's or 70's I am guessing by the sound of the album.

Like I said, I know this is a long shot but anyone know who the group and steeler is on my mystery tape?
