In a VERY rare color.. Purple!!!.. Well more of a "purple burst".. Purple top fading to black on the sides and then a black back and sides.. I have seen one other in my life this color. Real eye catching color with matching pickguard.. Rosewood board also rare, most are maple.. Some dings and digs, but she shines beautifully and looks gorgeous..

A few small issues... The phase reversal switch was taken out and I have no idea why.. They were prone to breakage, but some dingbat removed it.?? Pickup coil switching at tone pots works perfect..

There is a dent in the 12th fret between the A and D strings.. Caused no problem...
I broke the nut while taking it off, when I was changing strings... I removed to cut it down a tad at the bottom... Looked at it and flexed it to see if it was bone and snapped it in half like a moron... I think these had metal nuts from the factory, so it may not have been original.. anyway, if you can use a VERY nice made in USA old Peavey guitar, and know how to install a nut, I will let it go for $250 + shipping... No case..
btw, it played beautifully and the nack is straight as a dart.
I will never use it.. Its sitting around right now with no nut or strings and should be played.. I have more guitars than any 3 guys could hope to play, so it should go to someone who will appreciate it, and use it.. Sounds great with unreal body resonance,, This one is NOT heavy like most are either.. About the same weight as your average strat.. Will consider trades, but nothing digital please.. Lokking especially for an old Peavey Musician head, but will consider anything... Tube amp, analog effects, whatever... money??... bob
