I know a lot of you steelers are also classic rockers too. I'm looking for a good 50 or 100 watt all tube head. I would love a Laney from the 80's but would also be interested in Marshall, Randall, or maybe even Carvin.

you might want to check out an Ampeg V4, they kick butt, rated at a hundred watts but more like 125.

Don Dunlavey, a forum member, has a V4 as well as a really beautiful sounding Traynor head for sale. You might want to shoot him an email, I'll tip him to this thread later. That Traynor is a monster.

The older Traynors are great secret weapons! You can still get 'em on the cheap, they're built like tanks, and sound awesome, especially through a 4x12 cab (or two!)
