Which download the 32 bit or 64 bit version?
For the 32 bit version it shows 694MB and for the 64 bit version 692 MB.
You must create an ISO CD in order for the program to load from CD. Just copying it to a "data" CD will not work.
I have both, a 32 bit ISO CD and a 64 bit ISO CD. I've just been playing around with them loading from the CD only (mostly the 64 bit version), I haven't installed it on my PC. |

Went to downloads.com and searched for Ubuntu, came across Wubi8.04.1 downloaded it on my D drive and ran it. It downloaded Ubuntu and opened it, took about 3 1/2 hours and it works great. It gives a dual boot option. Will give it a workout. _________________ GFI SD10.Vegas 400, Oblong pedal, Rocket Scientist. |
