This looks like an American Standard Strat to me. It does not have locking tuners or a cutaway heel at the neck joint. The ser # should start with a "D" if it is a Deluxe. The headstock seems to be a Am. Std. too. No chrome logo under the gloss clear or noiseless pick up logo can be seen either.

Very pretty guitar however.
