Just want to get some feedback about putting BL 710's on an Emmons PP. I've search and found alot of info on the pickups but nothing specific about them with an Emmons PP vs the Emmons single coil. I'll have them in about a week to check it out for myself but I'm holding on to the single coils because I do like the sound they give me. I have never played a 710 but have the 705's xlr 16's and I do like them.

Carl, I have used BL710's in Zums, Emmons LeGrandes, MSA's and Sho Buds. The pickup sounds great in all of them but they are all-pulls. I have never tried nor heard them used in a PP so I can't give you any help in that regard.

I had 710's in my push-pull and they worked great. But, I got a yearning for the old single coils and had Jerry Wallace rewind them for me and I have never looked back.
