That is such a great piece of Pedal Steel!

An inspiration to all of us who aspire to play.

Buddy's playing made me buy my first pedal steel.
Hats off to Mr Cage!

Very Happy Laughing Rolling Eyes

Ken : thanks for posting Buddy Cage, on this number; this tune and Panama Red have always been my two favorite pieces by NROPS. Even tho they were not classed as a country band, Buddy really brought the STEEL GUITAR to the fore-front. I, too, was persuaded to learn Peedal steel much quicker, by Buddy's influence. I once played with a group of young musicians whom loved the music of the NROPS, as I definitely did. Loved every minute, while working with these lads. Thanks for sharing the memories with us..Bernie Rolling Eyes Smile Very Happy

Buddy's a great Steel player, I've had the great oppurtunity to have Buddy play steel for me a few times when I was singing, he picks a mean traditional country song as well....
