| I just retuned from attending the ETSA meeting in Tyler. I was overwhelmed at the participation of the club members . There was upwords of a hundred people there. Lots of treats and coffee and cokes. Charles Tilley and his staff are to be highly commended for this superb organization. Great back up band. We were treated to some great steel playing by master player Walter Haynes. I filled in as a player while Walter was selling his CD's. Walter's bride sang a great rendition of the tune "Georgia" with Walter on steel. Just a bunch of good singers, too numerous to mention. They all did great. Thanks to the Assn. for inviting me to play. I had a great time. Thanks Thurman for helping me load in and out. See you next time. Jody. |

I just love the folks in Tyler, JB. They are very enthusiastic, and just very friendly folks as well. I am planning on going there later in the year to visit if possible.  jc |
