That's some wild reverse slants you're doing near the end, is that a regular "Stevens-style" bar you're using?

Steinar,

that is a Scheerhorn chrome plated steel bar. The video quality is not good for some reason, so let me explain:

the wild one of the reverse slants is freted at 1st string 5th fret and 3rd string 7th fret and has got a string bend at the 2nd string.

Yeah, that's what I imagined I saw (and heard) - kinda kills the old saying that you can't do fast reverse slants with those bars..... Wink

Randy Lynn Rag is one of my fovorite bluegrass instrumentals.

Great job, Martin. Randy Lynn Rag was the first tune that "Uncle Josh" Graves recorded with Flatt and Scruggs.
