I'm using a JVC GR-D74 Digital Video Camera to record old home movies.

The projector is set at 16fps which is the fastest it will go. There is a conflict in frame speeed between the camera & the projector which causes a lot of flicker. Any cures?

Appreciate any help.
Thanks in advance

You need a telecine. A transfer machine with a 5 blade shutter that compensates for the difference in frame rate. I am assuming these are 8mm no sound?

Do a search for 8mm telecine on google and you should find a range of products from cheap to very expensive.
