Headphone amp for in-ears and Bo-Bro

I've decided to purchase a new headphone amplifier for in-ears and talking around everyone says Aphex 454 is the best.
I have a Rolls now and want to upgrade.

I'm also interested in buying a BoBro, hesitant on buying new because I've never tried one.
Would like to find one used.

Any input on these items or suggested better ones would be appreciated.
