This is video of Major Lingo, and specifically Tony Bruno, the guy that got me interested back in the 80's in the idea of lap steel as a rock instrument. Enjoy!

I really enjoyed that clip. Good playing all around. I finally realized that his echo unit was playing half of the notes. Cool effect!

Yeah he was early with a lot of things- as I recall in 83 I heard him doing that kind of thing; always amazed me- when I wasn't mesmerized by the undulating mullet...

BTW the drummer in this band, Herb,left shortly after that was shot- he wanted to join a new San Francisco band called Primus...
