I just wanted to publicly thank Mike Brown for his tremendous help and support.

I have been having a problem with my Nashville 1000 and brought it to a local authorized repair shop but was not feeling like I was getting satisfaction. I contacted Mike Brown and he took the initiative to call the shop along with one of the Peavey repairmen and talk directly with the technician.

As you know, customer service is severely lacking with most businesses. Mike continues to exceed expectations and he should be commended for his work and dedication -- particularly to the steel guitar community. Peavey has come through for me in the past and I truly appreciate the service.

Thanks again, Mike! Boo

Back in the mid 80's I had a problem with a Session 400 making an intermident scratching noise. I had it to a local shop a time or two while still under warranty and they could never isolate the problem. The warranty expired and I still had an annoying problem. I was in contact with Peavey (as I recall, it was Mike Brown then too) and they took care of me as if under warranty. I was treated as if I was important to them. They earned my continued business. Now, 20+ years later, when it came time for a new amp, I only considered Peavey (N112).
