| My late friend " Buck Owens " at his Crystal Palace on June 24th,2008 Performing to Entertain you will be my good Friend " Heidi Newfield " in Bakersfield,California. Still no " Johnny & June " on Country Radio Stations playing her song. What happen FROG in Colton,Ca.,Go Country 105. Los Angeles.Now,I'm sure KUZZ is playing it?,right. Also,on June 27th & 28th my good friend " Buddy Alan Owens " will be Performing & Entertaining you with his own hits and his Fathers as well as many other song. LJ, I mean no disrespect, but sometimes your writing confuses the hell out of me!
What does this mean?

Heidi grew up about five miles up the road from me in Healdsburg, and we wish her all the best!

| I saw Heidi with Trick Pony a couple of years ago. She is definately one of my favorite singers for sure. But, this new song, well I won't comment further. I hope she does make a comeback, as she surely deserves it. |

Leo, I agree completely. I would love to hear her CD when it comes out. I do think that "Johnny and June" might help her get out of the starting gate. It's a subject that even the fans of "new country" can understand and relate to. Plus it wasn't too country for them.
Trick Pony is still a regular player in my CD player and my Mp3 player.
I don't think she is the next Reba though. I actually like Heidi a little better.  |
