Webb 15 " closed back speaker cabinet question

I have a 15" closed back speaker cabinet labeled "Webb Sound Co, Antioch, CA." No model number but there is a serial number stamped on a metal plate on the back of the cabinet. It was originally loaded with a gray 15" JBL D-130F (now has a 15" Eminence Commonwealth). I've never seen a Webb extension cabinet like this one before and assume it's an early one. Very "Fender" looking with black tolex covering and silver grill cloth, though not exactly the same cloth as Fender used, and a Fender style handle on top. Any ideas how old this thing might be?
