This is a 12 inch 8 ohm Altec/Lansing speaker. It was in an amp that was used very little. I don't know what the weight of the magnet but it is heavy and it has an iron frame not sheet metal. I think it's power rating is 300 watts. A nice heavy speaker and looks almost like new. If you need more info email lospeed48@global.net Loren

I think the watts is at least 100. The serial # is 3618
