Hey. My band recently put out a new CD entitled "Beachglass". It's a collection of ten instrumental songs I composed over the last few years. You can check it out at our myspace: www.myspace.com/blueislandtrio - you'll find a couple of the songs from the album there.

Let me know what you think, and if you'd like to purchase a copy, please get in touch with me via e-mail.

Thanks!

"Let me know what you think. . ."

Hey, I already know what I think about this one, Tim, thanks to our mutual friend Joanna, who brought a copy to Sechelt this summer. A beautiful CD! Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates what a versatile and innovative instrument the steel guitar can be.

I picked up a copy of this CD during the recent Kent McCallister tour. Tim's CD of original material is a refreshing journey into uncharted lap steel territory.

So, - BUMP!

You guys are tight! Congratulations on the CD release, the cool music, and having the stones to front a power trio with an acoustic steel!

I put up another long song from our new album. It's called "Rose & Thorn Entwinement Suite". As far as I'm concerned it's the most harmonically and rhythmically developed piece I've written. There two themes; one is taken by the Weissenborn and one by the Dobro. they start out independent and gradually weave themselves together in various ways. Check it out.
