I owned the 2 tone burgundy/gray D10 that Jack had. It sounded and played excellent. I traded it because Billy Carr gave me a great price for it on trade for a new Fessenden. That is the ONLY reason I don't have it anymore. The Derby is a very fine guitar indeed. That is a fair price for this SD10.

It wouldn't still be for sale if it had 3 & 5 !!! Jack is a great guy to deal with, and Derby is a great guitar. Jump on it Ronnie!

Putting a 5th V lever on is no big deal and wouldn't cost that much. If you buy it I will send you photos of mine. Charlie Stepp will work with on the parts.
I wish I could afford this one. Who ever buys it, won't regret it.

At the present time, I'm owning my second Derby. IMHO, they are fine guitars and in the past 51-yrs. I've never owned any PSG that was any better! It has some of the best features of any of the guitars I've owned!

Jack I played a Derby in the Derby room in ST Louis it played so good if I had the money in the bank it would have come home with me, it was new and not yet broken in, they are very good and well built ask Ron Elliot and Lynn Oswley, they both play Derby.

thanks for all the comments guys, if this guitar was a d/10 it would not be for sale. i have a d/10 pp emmons and am trying to own 2 d/10 guitars. i would prefer another emmons mainly because i would prefer 2 guitars that i can setup the same, but if anyone has a d/10 derby i definitely will consider a trade....thanks jack

Darn Knee lever kit for the LKV will run you 200.00 from Derby. any other guitar company will sell you the kit for 125.00 to 150.00 with 2 pulls and stops.
Still all in all Derby is a fine guitar.
