I have an old great sounding epi for sale or trade for a good D-10 steel all original but the bridge and it looks great the action is as good as it gets and the tone only found in an old slope shoulder guitar like this I spent a lot of bucks getting it up to near perfect frets and neck great shape had some cracks sent it to a luthier who worked for Sam Ash in Nashville for 7 years always did Harold Bradleys work who if you wanted would give him a 100% on his work also you can call the luthier who did all the work on this guitar comes with the old hard case the guy who did the work has a couple of 60 model gibsons like my old epi but when he is around at one of our jams he always plays the old epiphone I have it did have cracks in the top but have been fixed and no problem at all I have been playing it for about 4 years now after he did all the work on it and it is just as nice as it was when he finished his job I guess that is why when you hire someone to do guitar work you hire the best and usually pay more but have no worries I have had Don Tetter do work on a old Mossman for me and it was fine when he was done also had him redo a 1959 6120 Greatch for me cost a lot but he was the best the guy that fixed my Texan is out of the same mold fix'es the guitar like it was the one he was going to be playing so if want a good guitar this is it I think the RI was selling at 7995.00 7000.00 to much but my price is not to much for the tone alone 2500.00.
Thanks[/i]
