Designed to provide the proper interface between -10 dBV audio equipment and +4 dBu gear. Can also act as a unity gain device to convert unbalanced signal lines to balanced with no level or gain change. In other words it converts consumer gear level to pro gear level and vice versa. Has XLR's, RCA's and 1/4 jacks. Comes with power supply. $75
