WTB: 6 String Non-Pedal

I saw and heard a Fender the other day, and it really sounded good. It had the 3 legs, but it looked like a guitar fretboard without the guitar on legs.
Anyone know where to find one.

Someone told me it was called a 'champ?'

The Fender Champ with Legs is called a "Studio Deluxe". Without legs just a Champ. There are always lap steel guitars on ebay, many Champs right now. Search "lap steel" or "Fender Steel" under musical instruments to take a look.

Careful however, there are some guys asking way more than I feel these guitars are worth. There are few good all origial instruments listed but it is hard to verify originality over the net. Vintage music stores are also a place to go looking.

A nice all original Fender Studio Deluxe with case should sell for about $450 IMO. A Champ for a bit less. Some sellers are asking double that.
