Beautiful Professional that was professionally converted to a SD-10 by Jeff Surratt.
Was originally the standard Professional burgandy/brown but was refinished to a light brown with slightly darker aprons and neck. The refin was done last year by AJ Nelson and it has 2 small nicks on the back side of the neck.
The rack and barrel mechanics were replaced with all Marrs mechanics, but the original single raise/lower was modified to do double raises on 4 & 5.
It also has a Bill Lawrence 710.
This is an amazing sounding and very reliable guitar...tunes up great and stays there (plus, it's beautiful).
Original case is sturdy, but looks worn.
$2000 plus shipping (that's much less than what i have in just the guitar and the refinish).

It's damn shame that the economy is so bad, this is a beautiful guitar! Say what's that ZB you got there? |

Good eye, Joe!
It was an early 70's D-10 that was a bright turquoise, faded to a really cool blue-grey. |

I'll include the original pickup (with a recent rewind by Harry Jackson) and black fretboard.
For an extra $75 I'll throw in a Sho-Bud floor (not pedal-rack mounted) volume pedal with a good J-style pot. |

This guitar is gorgeous. If I hadn't just got a D10 Professional, this would have been my choice. Best of both worlds here, for sure: big old Sho~Bud round front with modern mechanics. _________________ Jackson Steel Guitars
