Lap steel and weissenborn in Alberta

I'll be playing with Kent McAlister and His Band all this weekend through next weekend, around southern Alberta with shows in Edmonton and Calgary. Clicking the aforementioned name will get you to our myspace for a list of dates. I also posted the dates to the Events and Announcements section. I'm very proud of the music we write, arrange and play in this band and I'm excited to be on the road, if only for a little while.

And for the obligatory No Peddler content: I will be playing a wonderful sounding old Silvertone lap steel and a Celtic Cross Weissenborn. Sometimes I bring along my Rayco dobro, but I am still searching for the perfect live dobro tone (which is another story altogether).
