i"m shure you have all herd it at least once. (only
one string) in this case, [A] string. high pitch with
vibration. i have ruled out the bridge becouse only
one string. and i have changed the nut. it dose not
come through the amp. any ideas?

What kind of guitar are you using (acoustic, electric)? What tuning are you using? Does changing the tuning make a difference in the "twang"?
