Recently I posted a request in the WTB section re some plastic hex tuners. Bob Knight emailed me telling me he had a few laying around and would gladly send them to me. I received them yesterday at no charge. I appreciate Bob helping me out. I never expect anything for free, but I've noticed on the Forum a certain graciousness that's hard to find in everyday life.

If Bob Knight has something for sale you can bet it is what he says it is, nothing less.

He sent me a tuner onetime before I even had the check in mail.

Thanks Guys for the compliments and the confidence.

As most of you know, I am not a retailer and don't have a shop per se, but I like to buy, sell, and trade steel guitar gear.

I am retired and this is basically a hobby for me, I don't try to get rich doing it. I seem to be the rut of buying high, and selling low Smile.

Again, THANKS to everyone(there are a few hundred of you) I have dealt with over the past 10 years and look forward to more.

Best Regards,
Bob Smile

Bob is a great guy to do business with because he takes it to a personal level. I purchased gear from Bob and he later calls to talk and ask how the gear worked for me.

Not enough people around this ole rock today that willing to stand up like that. Very Happy

Proud to call you my friend

Chuck

Just bought a piece of equipment from Bob, called him on the phone and talked with him. Shipped the equipment out the same day I told him I wanted it, without waiting to get paid first. Not many will do this nowadays. I prefer dealing with forumites anyway.
