My Grandson "Parker" lives in Sulphur Springs TX. He needs a guitar teacher. If any one in the area knows of a teacher in the vicinity please reply. Sulphur Springs is about 80 miles NE of Dallas.
Parker is 16. Thanks, Al

I would take the bet that Reece could do that to.

Al,

Check this out.

Rob Bourassa

Rob is a great teacher with a Free seven week primer and he also teaches on line. He plays like Chet, Django and Les all in one. Very Happy

Thanks friends for the info, but I think Parker might have to go to Dallas for lessons. There are some very good teachers there. Fred Hamilton and Chris DeRose. Fred was my student 45 years ago and I worked with Chris on the "Will Rogers Follies" in Dallas. Thanks again for the replies.

Too bad he's not coming up to Philly. Otherwise he could join this little guitar class I'll be starting soon. I don't really play guitar but I got this offer from Mr. Mobuto Kakaloka, former Finance Minister of Ghana, who is sending his two children to study with me for 6 hours a day for the next 18 weeks. One is only 8 years old and the little girl is just 6. Isn't that cute? And Mr. Kakaloka is such a trusting man, not only does he trust me with the care of his children (he even says they don't eat much), but he is going to send me $185,000 for the 18 week course! I just need to send him back $100,000 of it and I get to keep the remaining $85,000. Isn't that amazing money?! Best gig I'll ever get, that's for sure!

Too bad your grandson can't join us Al, cuz it'll be a fun time, that's for certain!

p.s. Why doesn't he just take lessons off of Grandpa and learn just about everything a guitarist needs to know?
