I'm looking for a rack mount power amp to push 200 watts more or less into 2 8 ohm speakers.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I'll be gone for a couple of days.
Home for a couple. Then gone for a couple of weeks.
Please forgive any lag time but I will respond.
Thanks-

Joe, do a search on the internet for a powered rack mounted mixer. I have a 300W Samson that I use and it is way more than what I need but the price was right. I have connections for my laptop, CD player, and Ipod for backing tracks also.
The Samson powered mixer is 300 watts at a 4 0hm load ( two 8 ohm speakers plugged in ). If you are operating a 8 ohm load it's 200 watts. It's all that I needed and then some. |
