The only comment I can make is that they are not even close . I have owned both .

The Session 400 LTD to my ears has nothing in common with the Nashville 400.

Now there is an LTD which is a smaller version of the original Session 400 which is not to be compared to the Session 400 LTD which I believe was made in the 90's.

There is some confusion about the early Session 400 "LTD" model and the newer "Session 400 LTD" model.

I have since sold the 90's model Session 400 LTD and still own the Nashville 400 and the '78 Session 400.

hope this helps.

I never had any problem dialing in a great sound with the Session 400 Limited.

Put the mod in the Session 400 Limited, and they sound excellent! I believe it is because of the larger cabinet. Much like the Vegas with a mod. If you want that nice, rich low end, you pretty much have to have a larger cabinet.

Putting up with the weight is part of the deal.
Pop in the 1501-4 Neo, and your good to go!
