Any suggestions on 12string pickups?

I'm building a 12-string lap steel and I'm using a remington steel "playboy" S8 as a model. And after taking measurements and further calculations I have determined that everything needs to be about 1.5" wider than an 8-string, which makes it 4.25" from 1st to 12th string. I was just wondering if anyone out there knew how wide of a pick-up I need or at least how wide it needs to be from pole to pole. Any ideas?
